The Agency’s Public Relations and Marketing teams are always pushing what’s possible in the creative space. They orchestrate comprehensive press coverage, produce top-tier events, and do so much more. Today, we’re excited to share that their work has earned one Gold and three Platinum Hermes Creative Awards, plus an Honorable Mention. These are prestigious achievements in the creative industry.
Presented by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP), the Hermes Creative Awards celebrate excellence in marketing, communications, and public relations. Here’s a closer look at each winning project.
### Stahl House Launch | PLATINUM

This Platinum award honors the media relations coverage for one of Los Angeles’ most iconic homes. The PR team, led by Fernanda Lopez, managed press for the Stahl House’s first time on the market. They honored the home’s storied family history and architectural legacy while creating one of The Agency’s most impactful media campaigns to date. The team secured over 74 press placements for the go-to-market campaign. Coverage spanned outlets like The Los Angeles Times, Inman, ELLE Decor, and Fox Business. The launch stands as one of The Agency’s most successful media campaigns, garnering more than 9.4 million views.
### The Agency Global FORUM 2026 | PLATINUM

Earlier this year, The Agency team gathered in Fort Lauderdale for Global FORUM 2026. This event brought together real estate agents, executives, influencers, and tastemakers for informative sessions, meaningful networking, and celebrations. ### Whispers in the Garden | PLATINUM

At The Agency’s 2026 Forum in Fort Lauderdale, Makenzie Green and Seven Studios produced “Whispers in the Garden.” This black-tie celebration honored Chairman Award recipients. ### The Agency Houston-Sugar Land Office Launch | GOLD

When The Agency opened its Houston-Sugar Land location in January 2025, the launch made an immediate impression both locally and nationally. Coverage landed in leading real estate publications like The Real Deal, Inman, and Real Estate News. Local outlets such as the Houston Business Journal and Houston Chronicle also featured the opening. The breadth and quality of media attention made it one of the in-house PR team’s most successful office openings to date. The playbook developed for this launch now serves as a model for all future expansions.
