The Agency Indianapolis hosted a VIP preview for the 2026 Dream Home, The Reverie—a listed estate by Scott Bates Custom Homes. See inside the 11,366-square-foot masterpiece.
When The Agency Indianapolis threw open the doors to its "Red Poolside" preview party, guests got more than cocktails and a DJ—they got a first look at a home that’s rewriting the Dream Home playbook. For the third time in four years (2023, 2025, and now 2026), The Agency has sponsored Indianapolis Monthly’s Dream Home. But this year is different. The featured residence, The Reverie at 4430 Elmscott Ridge, isn’t just a showcase—it’s actually for sale, listed by Managing Partner Traci Garontakos.
That shift matters. In past years, Dream Homes were built for private owners who had no intention of selling. This time, the home is on the market, and the preview party doubled as a high-end open house. "It’s a rare chance to walk through a home that could be yours," Garontakos said. "And it all started with relationships."
### From Relationships to Listings
Securing the listing wasn’t luck. Garontakos had spent years building trust with builder Scott Bates Custom Homes and local luxury developers. When the opportunity arose, she teamed up with The Agency’s award-winning corporate marketing team to craft a listing presentation and property branding that stood out. The result? A milestone for The Agency Indianapolis—and proof that local connections and collaboration pay off.
### A Party with a Purpose
The "Red Poolside" cocktail party wasn’t just about luxury. A portion of ticket sales went to Morning Light Inc., an Indianapolis nonprofit that provides a free home for terminally ill, low-income patients. Guests enjoyed hors d’oeuvres, a live DJ, and a champagne toast while touring the home. "It’s a celebration of design, but also of community," Garontakos added.
### The Reverie: A Once-in-a-Generation Estate
Set on a secluded ridgeline above Zionsville, The Reverie spans 11,366 square feet and overlooks the 7th fairway of the Pete Dye-designed Holliday Farms championship golf course. Architecture by Goldberg Design Group blends warm, organic materials across six suites, 10 baths, and three levels. A dedicated in-home spa and water circuit offer a daily nervous-system reset, while a showstopping Doca and Gaggenau kitchen, custom water features, and a 20-foot entertainment wall refine the interior.
Outside, Phantom Screens, integrated heating, and a resort-caliber pool and spa by PJE Lawn Care & Landscaping create a four-season retreat. Curated and furnished by Dare 2 Design, the home is delivered move-in ready—a fully realized vision from the moment you arrive.
