Integrating wellness into everyday life isn't just a tagline for HQ Residences Miami—it's the driving force behind the brand-new luxury tower in Miami's Edgewater neighborhood. The project celebrated the grand opening of its sales gallery on September 10 with two distinct events that gave guests a real taste of what's to come. This is the first residential tower from HQ Hotels & Residences by sbe, led by founder and hospitality visionary Sam Nazarian and entertainment icon Marc Anthony. Sales are handled exclusively by The Agency's Mauricio Umansky and Santiago Arana, alongside broker Maile Aguila. ### A Morning of Mindfulness and Wellness The day kicked off at sbe's offices in Coconut Grove, home to the new sales gallery. In line with the project's "Life in Balance" ethos, guests enjoyed a guided group meditation, a healthy brunch, and plenty of coffee and matcha. Kane Sarhan, Co-Founder of The Well and the mastermind behind HQ Residences Miami's wellness programming, spoke about shaping the project's immersive restorative experience. "Grounding rituals aren't a luxury—they're a necessity," Sarhan noted, emphasizing how everyday practices can transform daily life. ### An Evening of Social Connection As the sun set, the gallery transformed into a lively social scene inspired by The Social Club, the tower's dedicated entertainment floor. That floor will feature Marc's, a private speakeasy by Marc Anthony himself. Guests mingled over Japanese-inspired small plates, cocktails, and live music—a sneak peek at the social atmosphere planned for the property. ### Virtual Reality Meets Real Estate Throughout both events, attendees explored HQ Residences Miami through an immersive VR experience. They stepped virtually inside future residences and amenity spaces, getting a tangible feel for the design and layout. Founding team members—including Santiago Arana, Sam Nazarian, and Camilo Lopez of development group Black Salmon—gathered to mark the milestone. ### A Prime Location in Miami's Cultural Hub Located at 422 NE 29th Street, HQ Residences Miami sits at the intersection of Wynwood, Midtown, and the Design District—Miami's most vibrant cultural hub.
