The Agency sponsored NAREE's 60th annual conference in Miami, featuring experts Maile Aguila and Scott Coggins on panels about luxury living and AI in real estate.
The Agency was proud to sponsor the 60th Annual National Association of Real Estate Editors (NAREE) conference. This event was all about education and networking, bringing together news industry leaders and award-winning journalists. Held in downtown Miami, it celebrated the media side of real estateâthe writers, journalists, and outlets covering market trends that push the industry forward.
### Key Topics Discussed
This year's sessions covered a lot of ground. Affordability was a big one, along with branded residences and wellness. There was also a ton of buzz around how AI is being used across different sectors. It was a mix of the old and the new, all under one roof.

### The Agency's Experts Take the Stage
Our own Maile Aguila from the South Florida Development Division and Scott Coggins, Managing Partner of our Nashville office, were featured in peer-to-peer workshops and industry trend sessions. Maile, a leading sales broker for HQ Residences Miami alongside Mauricio Umansky and Santiago Arana, joined the "Luxury Living" panel. She was with Paul Whalen from Robert A.M. Stern Architects (RAMSA) and Jay Phillip Parker from Douglas Elliman. Candace Taylor, an editor and reporter at The Wall Street Journal, moderated the panel. It was a deep dive into what luxury really means today.
Scott Coggins brought his expertise to "The Evolution of Realty Brokerage in the AI Era." He shared the stage with David Siddons from Douglas Elliman and Julia Kanter, Senior Director of Product at Zillow. Jason Hidalgo, a business reporter from the Reno Gazette-Journal, moderated that session. They talked about how AI is changing the game for brokers and agents.

### Why This Matters
These conversations aren't just talk. They shape how we do business. For example, AI tools are helping agents predict market trends and personalize client experiences. It's a shift that's happening fast, and being part of these discussions keeps us ahead. The same goes for luxury livingâunderstanding what buyers want in branded residences or wellness-focused homes is key.
### A Big Thanks
Great work, Scott and Maile! Your contributions made the conference even more valuable for everyone involved. To learn more about NAREE, you can visit their website at [NAREE.org](https://naree.org) (nofollow).
